being nice assignment

Personally I would really like to do something at work but I dont know how possible that is. I would like to be nice to once person and express that through talking to them about their personal life and listenting to let them know that someone at work cares about them because most people dont. If i cant do this act by the time I work tomorrow I would love to do something like this but outside of work even with friends and dedictating a day to them and letting them know I care about them.

Black vs. White

Black vs. White
I personally believe the world we live in is in fact black and white, one great example is my work. I am one of the few Christians that I know that works there, some of the managers as well as my coworkers have either no faith or are atheist. Many of them hold very strong views on the world to back up their “beliefs”. Many of those people mock and make fun of me for my faith and assume I am “perfect” which I am not. Many of my coworkers try to discourage me that Christianity is a joke and is not true. This has made me way more tolerant in situation I used to never consider acceptable. It has shown me how the “real world” views Christianity. I have recently started to learn more about my faith and began to defend it more than I have before, because many people try to discourage me. I wish people were more tolerant of Christianity; instead we are frowned upon for our beliefs. Most of the people at my work that do claim they are Christian don’t always live the Christian lifestyle. Many people at my work are quick to stereotype, not giving me a chance to let them know the real me. However, the real genuine Christians at my work are extremely easy to pick out. I never would have thought that at my work I could actually spot Christians, but their actions are so much more different from the people that don’t hold values for themselves. Many of the Christians I work with are nicer and don’t try to insult people or make people feel bad about themselves. Finally, those who have actually given me a chance I have grown great relationships with.

predestination vs. free will

Free will vs. predestination
When confronted with perdestination versus free will many people have tried to find a definative answer, but cannot find a strait forward conclusion to their question. Predecination is self explanitory, it means to be pre destined. Free will on the other hand is giving your own independence choices in your life. Many people lean both ways, people believe that Christ knows all but He gives up free will on the choices we do make in our life. For many generations it has been a very heated subject in the Christian community.
Both free will and predestination are supported in the Bible which has given many scholars deeper and more intense study periods on this subject. One verse that supports predestination is Exodus 33:19 is says, ‘ And the Lord said, "I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim my name, the Lord, in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.” This verse says demonstrates that Christ will put obstacles in our life in which we will have to glorify his name as we go about these hurtles that were put in front of us. A verse that supports free will is Numbers 29:39 which states, " 'In addition to what you vow and your freewill offerings, prepare these for the Lord at your appointed feasts: your burnt offerings, grain offerings, drink offerings and fellowship offerings. ' " This is talking about what christ is looking for in a feast stating a question and not a direct command to the people. This is Christ giving free will among the people. So as we look further ino this controverial subject people get skeptical and tend to lean eather way but there is not any right or wrong answer because the Bible gives close to the same amout of evidence on both sides of the discussion. The question I want to explore is that God knows all but does not predestine us. If not does he give humans the choice of free will knowing the ultimate outcome?
